Puoi rendere un articolo, solamente nelle sue condizioni originali, entro 14 giorni dal suo ricevimento.
Sei tenuto ad informarci della tua decisione utilizzando il modulo di recesso (link) debitamente compilato, riceverai un messaggio di conferma dell’avvenuto ricevimento della comunicazione (l’onere della prova del corretto diritto di recesso è a tuo carico).
Il costo del reso è a carico tuo: noi ti rimborseremo il solo costo dell’oggetto, escluse tutte le spese di spedizione. Il rimborso della merce sarà effettuato al ricevimento della stessa, tramite Paypal o bonifico bancario.
Prima di effettuare il reso assicurati che l’indirizzo sia corretto: se l’articolo non ci sarà riconsegnato non sarà effettuato alcun rimborso.
Attenzione: non scrivere “gioielli” sulla spedizione ma, semplicemente, “RESO CAMPIONE, VALORE € 1,00”
Non possiamo accettare resi per articoli personalizzati, a meno che ci sia un difetto di fattura (realizzazione).
We accept payments through Paypal, direct check out and bank transfer. Items cannot be shipped until payment is received. For Paypal E-Check payments approximately 5 business days. If any custom fee occurs when receiving the package it will be responsibility of the customer.

Currently we are based (located) in Italy, and ship worldwide.
Thank you for your patience as we carefully make your pieces.
For a gift you can give us a different address of yours and send us a message to be included in the package.Our current turnaround time for making orders is 4-5 business days in Italy, 6-10 business days in Europe… International shipping is not as fast, and arrival times are hard to predict. (please notice: not including weekends and holidays)
In Europe every parcel is provide with tracking number. we provide you the tracking number and the link for tracking within the notification message.
Although we would expect items to arrive within the estimated times, please allow up to 30 business days, as occasionally items can be flagged for additional security checks on international postage, which is unlikely, but unavoidable.
In the rare event that an order is lost we will file a claim, this takes several weeks from the time of filing (overseas packages can be filed as lost after 25 working days have passed).
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Italy.
Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy holiday seasons for example. They also can be custom opened, which will add extra time for delivery.
GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING
Our products are packaged in fabric gift bags or cardboard gift boxes, with the laboratory tag indicating the craft origin, the uniqueness of the product and our coordinates.

Specifics of the materials and if certain special care is needed you will find in the descriptions. Fabric portions should be dry cleaned, keep out of reach of children and pups.
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not, for any reason, please contact us to email@example.com in 3 days after the receipt, we will contact you as soon as possible.
You may return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt, at your expense.
Before return, we will give you, by e mail, the return address, if parcel lost or sent to the wrong address, we will not refund or exchange.
We cannot accept returns for Made to Order pieces or custom designs unless they are deemed as faulty.
Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping costs will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for shipping items back to the seller.
We will refund the purchase price through PayPal.
Please do a not write ‘Jewelry’ or any such description on the parcel, but simply ‘RETURN OF SAMPLE MERCHANDISE, VALUE: 1€’. Thank you!
(Please do not use UPS, FedEx or any such service, as this will be too costly. We do not require any tracking, just simple proof that shipment to us was effected by you. (Please note that we do not refund the return shipping costs.)
